April 22, 2009 - Three is a magic number for every fan of today's best rhythm and blues, as RIAA gold-certified Blu Kolla Dreams/EMI singer-songwriter BOBBY V. joins two more of soul's finest young voices, Keyshia Cole and Keri Hilson, on a national tour. With dates now scheduled from a mid-May kick-off in the Midwest to a late-June West Coast wrap, the tour, with platinum Imani/Geffen/Interscope artist Keyshia Cole, and much-admired Mosley/Zone4/Interscope newcomer Keri Hilson, is all but a greatest-hits package of defining new R&B voices.

The three talented singer-songwriters have all simultaneously been in the Billboard R&B/Hip-Hop Top 10 this month: Bobby V. with "Beep," Keyshia Cole with "You Complete Me," and Keri Hilson with "Turnin' Me On." Bobby V.'s follow-up single, "Hands On Me" is an instant urban radio breakout, the second most-added record of its release week, with over three dozen radio station adds.

Bobby V.'s third studio album, THE REBIRTH, is his third consecutive No. 1 R&B album, and the first in Blu Kolla Dreams' innovative distribution deal with EMI Music Services. It is also his third Billboard Top 10 album. The album debuted at No. 7 on Billboard's Top 200 chart, and at No. 1 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart. EMI Music Services distributes the album in the US and in international territories, as well as providing a suite of services such as promotion, publicity and access to digital platforms.

In online sales and stream traffic, "Beep," featuring Yung Joc, has generated over 7.2 million audio streams on the official Bobby Valentino MySpace.com webpage. He is a No. 2 Top Artist on MySpace Music, with nearly 13 million profile views and 43.4 million total song plays. "Beep" has been an iTunes Top 20 best-selling song in the R&B format. The album has been Top 10 in iTunes' R&B album sales chart.

THE REBIRTH also features production work by L.O.S. (J. Holiday, Usher), longtime Bobby V. collaborators Tim & Bob, and a special team-up with Raphael Saadiq on a remake of "Just Me & You," Saadiq's classic song from Boyz N the Hood. Bobby also makes his own production debut on the track "Make Me Say," inspired by Bobby V.'s step-out part on Lil Wayne's album highlight and Top 5 smash "Mrs. Officer."

BOBBY V. hit No. 1 on Billboard's R&B Hip-Hop album chart and No. 3 on the national Top 200 Albums chart with the RIAA Gold-certified album Disturbing tha Peace Presents Bobby Valentino in 2005. In 2007, Special Occasion also debuted in the No. 1 position on Billboard's R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart, and No. 3 on the Top 200 Albums. Valentino's 2004 RIAA gold single "Slow Down" was No. 1 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Singles chart, and No. 8 on Billboard's Hot 100. Valentino's Top 20 R&B/Hip-Hop hits also include "Tell Me" (2005) and "Anonymous," featuring Timbaland (2007).
