DAVE AMATO (Gangstasparty.com): 1) First off, I’d like to ask how got your name LIL DEE God’s Gift?
LIL DEE:I got the name Lil Dee because my dad is Big Dee. So, naturally, that’s what everybody would call me. The God’s gift part is what I always felt I was. I started sayin’ it, and eventually it just stuck with me.
DAVE AMATO (Gangstasparty.com): 2) Introduce us LIL DEE: How would u describe your style?
LIL DEE: My style is my life. I live what I rap about, so you’re never goin’ to hear another artist with the same story as mine
DAVE AMATO (Gangstasparty.com): 3) In today "Rap Game", the most popular elements for the creation of a lyric are Cars, Women, Jewelries.. but Where do u get your inspiration from?
LIL DEE: I’m inspired by my everyday living and the people that surround me, the fans, God, the struggle of being a upcoming artist. I could go on and on for days…LOL That’s just a few
DAVE AMATO (Gangstasparty.com): 4) Born & raised in New Orleans: what do u feel to say about the "Rap Game" in that area?
LIL DEE: I think the music scene in New Orleans is good. I mean it’s just like any other city. It has its ups and down, but for the most part, everything is beautiful.
DAVE AMATO (Gangstasparty.com): 5) Tell us something about your "maxi" single: Fiend (formerly of No Limit Records) and Baby Boy da Prince (Universal Records) are among of artists you worked with, what do u feel to say about those collaborations?
LIL DEE: Collabin’ with Baby Boy and Fiend was a lot of fun. It was also a learning experience for me. I learned a lot from those two guys.
DAVE AMATO (Gangstasparty.com): 6) Tell us something about your future projects.

LIL DEE: Yea, I would like to work with anybody who is serious about their art and has the same passion and drive as I do.
